Materials are extra, charged at cost. We show you the receipt, and we add nothing on top.
What the price includes

What it does not include
- Taps, valves, pipes, geysers and motors — charged at cost with the receipt
- Breaking tiles or floors to reach a pipe, which we agree with you separately
- Tile or plaster repair after a wall has been opened
- Water tank cleaning, which is its own service
Five minutes before we arrive
None of this is required. It just means the job takes the time it should, which is usually the time we quoted.
- Empty the cupboard under the sink, if that is where the work is
- Know where the main water valve is
- Tell us if the water comes on a timer, or from a shared tank
- If the tank or the motor is on the roof, make sure we can get up there
Booking plumbing work
You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
If it is happening right now
Before anyone arrives, there are usually a couple of things worth doing. These take a minute to read.
If we find extra work, you get the price on WhatsApp first. Nothing extra is done without your yes — not by the technician, not by us.
Materials are charged at cost with the shop receipt shown to you. You pay when the job is finished, by cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. If the same problem comes back within 15 days we fix it free.
Not sure what it is called?
Send us a photograph or a short video instead. It is usually quicker than describing it, and it means we bring the right part the first time.
Useful to photograph:
- Where the water is coming from, and where it is going
- The tap, mixer or valve itself, close enough to read any brand name
- The pipe under the sink or behind the toilet, with the shut-off visible
A voice note in Urdu works too, if that is easier than typing.
Questions about plumbing work
Water is leaking somewhere behind the wall. What happens?
The plumber traces the leak first, which is the difficult part of the job. Once he knows where it is, he tells you what opening the wall and repairing the pipe will cost, and you decide before anything is broken.
My geyser is not heating. Repair or replace?
Often it is the thermostat, the gas valve or sediment in the tank, and it is worth repairing. If the tank itself is leaking, repairing it is throwing money away and we will tell you so.
Do you clear drains with a machine or by hand?
Whatever the blockage needs. Simple blockages clear with a rod. Heavier ones need a machine, and the technician will tell you if that changes the price before he starts.
Do we reach you?
We work in F-11, E-11 and G-13 today and we are opening in more sectors. If we cannot reach you yet, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
