Solar panel cleaning and service prices
These prices are fixed and agreed before the technician leaves for your house. Jobs marked "Inspection first" need to be seen before anyone can give you an honest number — the inspection is Rs 1,000, and we quote the repair before touching anything.

Materials are extra, charged at cost. We show you the receipt, and we add nothing on top.
What the price includes
- Getting up there safely, with our own water and brushes
- Telling you the price before any work starts
- Saying what we found, in writing, even when it is nothing
What it does not include
- Replacing panels, inverters or batteries — those are parts, charged at cost
- Installing a new system, which is not work we do
- Anything needing scaffolding
Five minutes before we arrive
None of this is required. It just means the job takes the time it should, which is usually the time we quoted.
- Tell us the size of your system in kW when you book — it is on the inverter
- Make sure we can get to the roof, and say if there is a ladder or a proper staircase
- Have somebody at home who can switch the system off at the inverter
- If any panel is cracked or a cable is hanging, send a photo before we come
Booking solar panels
You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
If we find extra work, you get the price on WhatsApp first. Nothing extra is done without your yes — not by the technician, not by us.
Materials are charged at cost with the shop receipt shown to you. You pay when the job is finished, by cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. If the same problem comes back within 15 days we fix it free.
Not sure what it is called?
Send us a photograph or a short video instead. It is usually quicker than describing it, and it means we bring the right part the first time.
Useful to photograph:
- The whole array from far enough back to count the panels
- The inverter, with its screen showing whatever it is showing
- How you get onto the roof — stairs, ladder, or neither
- Anything obviously wrong: a cracked panel, a loose cable, a bird nest under the frame
A voice note in Urdu works too, if that is easier than typing.
Questions about solar panels
How often do panels need cleaning?
It depends on where you are and what the weather has been doing. Dust and bird mess block light, and a dirty panel makes less electricity. Most people notice their bill creeping back up before they notice the panels.
Will you tell me how much output I have lost?
We write down what the inverter says before and after. That is a real number from your own system rather than a figure we invented, and it is yours to keep.
Do you install solar systems?
No. We clean, check and maintain systems that are already on the roof. Installing is a different trade and we would rather do one thing properly.
Do we reach you?
We work in F-11, E-11 and G-13 today and we are opening in more sectors. If we cannot reach you yet, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
