This website
This site has no accounts, no login and no contact form that sends us anything. Nothing you type into the price estimator, the area checker or the technician form is sent to us or stored anywhere. Those tools run inside your own browser and, when you press the button, they open WhatsApp with a message already written. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.
The site stores nothing on your device beyond what your browser normally caches to make the page load faster next time. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
Visitor numbers
We count visits so we know which pages are useful. The tool we use does not set cookies, does not collect anything that identifies you, and does not follow you around the internet. We see totals — how many people opened the price list, how many tapped a WhatsApp button — and not individuals.
When you message us
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we keep what you send us so we can do the job: your name, your number, your address and what needs fixing. We keep a record of jobs we have done for you so that the guarantee works and so we know the history of your geyser when you call again.
WhatsApp is run by Meta, not by us, and your messages travel through their service under their own privacy terms. Phone calls go through your network operator in the same way.
What we never do
- Sell your number or your address to anyone.
- Send you marketing messages you did not ask for.
- Give your details to another company for their own use.
- Post photos of your home anywhere without asking you first.
Who sees your details inside Pechkas
The people who need to: whoever answers your message, and the technician coming to your home, who gets your address and your number so he can call before arriving. Nobody else.
Asking us to delete your details
Message us and ask. We will delete what we hold about you, apart from anything we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
