Tell us what has gone wrong and which sector the house is in. Time of day does not matter — write at two in the morning your time if that is when you find out.
We arrange it with the family
Give us the name and number of whoever is at the house. We call them ourselves to fix a time that suits them, so nobody has to translate between you and us.
You both see who is coming
The technician's profile — his photograph, his trades, the date we checked his CNIC — goes to you and to them before he sets off.
The price comes to you, before the work
We send you the price on WhatsApp and wait. Nothing is done until you say yes, and if the technician finds more, that comes back to you the same way.
Photographs and a receipt
Pictures of the finished work, an itemised receipt, and the date the 15-day guarantee runs out — all of it in your chat, not just theirs.

What it costs
The same as it costs anybody else. Pick the job and the sector and the message writes itself — add your family's name and number at the bottom so we know who to call.

How do I pay from another country?

Who lets the technician into the house?
Whoever is there — your parents, a tenant, a caretaker, a neighbour with a key. We call them first to agree a time, and we call again before the technician leaves. He carries an ID card with the same photograph you were sent.
What if my parents do not want to deal with it?
Then they do not have to. Give us their number so we can agree a time and get in, and we deal with everything else through you. The price, the extra work, the receipt — all of that can come to your chat only.
How will I know it was actually done?
You get photographs of the finished work and an itemised receipt showing what was charged and why. If the same fault comes back within 15 days we return free, and you do not have to prove anything — the receipt is the proof.
Can I set up something ongoing for my parents?
Yes. Tell us what you want checked and how often — the geyser before winter, the AC before summer, the water tank twice a year — and we will come back to you with what that costs. It is the same arrangement landlords use.
Do you charge more because I am abroad?
No. The prices on this site are the prices, wherever you are sitting when you book.
You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
