If we cannot reach you
We will tell you. Sending a technician an hour across the city means he arrives late, tired and in a hurry, and you get a worse job for the same money. If you are outside our sectors, message us anyway — sometimes we can help, and when we cannot we will put you on the list instead of taking your booking and disappointing you.
