You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
Questions about G-13
How soon can you get to G-13?
Tell us on WhatsApp what needs fixing and we will give you the earliest time we can honestly keep. We would rather say tomorrow morning and turn up than say "within an hour" and leave you waiting all evening. If it is a leak or something unsafe, say so and we will treat it as urgent.
Which sectors near G-13 do you cover?
Along with G-13 we work in F-11 and E-11 today, and we are opening in DHA, Bahria Town, F-10 and G-11 next. If your sector is not on that list, message us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Can you go to a rented flat in G-13 while I am not there?
Yes, and a lot of our work in G-13 is exactly this. Send us the address and the number of whoever will be at home. We call them before arriving, send you the price before starting, and send you photos when it is done. You can pay from wherever you are.
Is the price different in G-13?
No. The prices on our price list are the same in every sector we serve. There is no extra travel charge for G-13, and no surcharge for evenings within our working hours.
