The 15-day guarantee
A guarantee is only worth something if it is written down and easy to use. Here is ours, in full, with the parts that do not count included rather than hidden.
If we fix something and the same problem comes back within 15 days, we come back and fix it again at no charge. No second visit fee, no argument, and no asking you to prove anything. Send us the same WhatsApp chat, tell us it has come back, and we send the technician who did the work.

What the guarantee covers
- The workmanship on the job we did, for 15 days from the day we did it.
- The same fault returning — the tap that leaks again, the switch that sparks again, the drain that blocks again in the same place.
- A part we supplied failing early, where the part carries its own warranty we will also help you claim it.
What it does not cover
- A different fault somewhere else. If your kitchen tap was fixed and then the bathroom geyser fails, that is a new job.
- A part you asked us to reuse when we advised replacing it. We will write that on the job so there is no confusion later.
- Damage caused after we left — someone forcing a fitting, a new leak from above, or work done by someone else on the same fitting.
- Jobs where you declined the repair we recommended and asked for a temporary fix instead. We will still tell you what it would take to fix properly.
The no-hidden-charges promise
The price for the job is agreed on WhatsApp before the technician leaves for your house, and it does not change once he is standing at your door. If he opens something up and finds a bigger problem, he stops and tells you the new price first. You can say no, and you pay only for what has already been done.
There is no visit fee for the jobs on our price list.
The materials-at-cost promise
If we buy parts for you, you pay exactly what the shop charged. We show you the receipt. We do not add a percentage, and we do not take a commission from the shop for bringing you there. You are also welcome to buy the parts yourself and have us fit them.
Cancellation
[CANCELLATION POLICY]
Write your own policy here in plain words — for example, how much notice you would like, and whether anything is charged if the technician has already left. Edit it in src/pages/guarantee.astro.
How to complain
Use the same WhatsApp number you booked on. It reaches the founders, not a call centre and not the technician who did the job. Tell us what happened and send a photo if you have one.
We will answer you ourselves. If we got it wrong, we will fix it at our cost. We are a new business in a city where people talk to their neighbours, and that is a better reason to treat you properly than any policy document.
How you pay
After the work is done, never before. Cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer — whichever suits you.
Something broken at home?
Send us a message and we will tell you the price and when we can come. No charge for asking.
