These prices are fixed and agreed before the technician leaves for your house. Jobs marked "Inspection first" need to be seen before anyone can give you an honest number — the inspection is Rs 1,000, and we quote the repair before touching anything.

Materials are extra, charged at cost. We show you the receipt, and we add nothing on top.

What it does not include
- Repairs to anything already broken
- Moving heavy furniture between rooms
- Water tank cleaning, which is its own service
Five minutes before we arrive
None of this is required. It just means the job takes the time it should, which is usually the time we quoted.
- Put away anything valuable, breakable or personal before the team arrives
- Clear the kitchen counters and empty the sink
- Tell us how many bathrooms there are — it changes the time more than anything else
- Make sure there is water and power in the house on the day
Booking deep cleaning
You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
If we find extra work, you get the price on WhatsApp first. Nothing extra is done without your yes — not by the technician, not by us.
Materials are charged at cost with the shop receipt shown to you. You pay when the job is finished, by cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. If the same problem comes back within 15 days we fix it free.
Not sure what it is called?
Send us a photograph or a short video instead. It is usually quicker than describing it, and it means we bring the right part the first time.
Useful to photograph:
- Each room you want done, from the doorway
- Anything that needs special attention — grease, mould, stains
- The kitchen and the bathrooms, which take the longest
A voice note in Urdu works too, if that is easier than typing.

Do I need to buy the cleaning materials?
No. The team brings everything, and that is included in the price.
How long does a full house take?
It depends on the size and the state of the house. We tell you before the team arrives so you can plan your day.
Do we reach you?
We work in F-11, E-11 and G-13 today and we are opening in more sectors. If we cannot reach you yet, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
