Water tank cleaning prices
These prices are fixed and agreed before the technician leaves for your house. Jobs marked "Inspection first" need to be seen before anyone can give you an honest number — the inspection is Rs 1,000, and we quote the repair before touching anything.

Materials are extra, charged at cost. We show you the receipt, and we add nothing on top.
What the price includes
- Draining, scrubbing and disinfecting the tank
- Telling you the price before any work starts
- Photos of the tank before and after, if you are not at home
What it does not include
- Repairing a cracked or leaking tank, which we quote separately
- Replacing the tank lid or fittings — parts charged at cost
Five minutes before we arrive
None of this is required. It just means the job takes the time it should, which is usually the time we quoted.
- Use up or store the water you will need — the tank has to be emptied
- Make sure we can get to the tank, and say if it is behind a locked door
- Tell us roughly how big it is, and when it was last cleaned
- Turn the motor off before we arrive if you can reach the switch
Booking water tank cleaning
You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
If we find extra work, you get the price on WhatsApp first. Nothing extra is done without your yes — not by the technician, not by us.
Materials are charged at cost with the shop receipt shown to you. You pay when the job is finished, by cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. If the same problem comes back within 15 days we fix it free.
Not sure what it is called?
Send us a photograph or a short video instead. It is usually quicker than describing it, and it means we bring the right part the first time.
Useful to photograph:
- The tank from outside, with the lid, and how you get up to it
- Inside the tank if you can do it safely — never climb in
- The water itself in a clear glass, held up to the light
A voice note in Urdu works too, if that is easier than typing.
Questions about water tank cleaning
How often should a tank be cleaned?
Twice a year is the usual advice. If your water arrives muddy, or the tank has been open, do it sooner.
How long is the water off for?
The tank has to be drained and left to dry, so plan for the water being off for part of the day. We tell you the timing when you book.
Do we reach you?
We work in F-11, E-11 and G-13 today and we are opening in more sectors. If we cannot reach you yet, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
