These prices are fixed and agreed before the technician leaves for your house. Jobs marked "Inspection first" need to be seen before anyone can give you an honest number — the inspection is Rs 1,000, and we quote the repair before touching anything.

What it does not include
- Wood, locks, hinges and fittings — charged at cost with the receipt
- New furniture made to order, which we quote separately
- Polishing and painting, which is its own service
Five minutes before we arrive
None of this is required. It just means the job takes the time it should, which is usually the time we quoted.
- Clear the space in front of the door or cupboard we are working on
- If a lock or handle has been replaced before, say so — the old holes matter
- Find both keys if it is a lock, including the one that does not work
- Tell us if the door is solid wood, hollow or metal when you book
Booking carpentry work
You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
If we find extra work, you get the price on WhatsApp first. Nothing extra is done without your yes — not by the technician, not by us.
Materials are charged at cost with the shop receipt shown to you. You pay when the job is finished, by cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. If the same problem comes back within 15 days we fix it free.
Not sure what it is called?
Send us a photograph or a short video instead. It is usually quicker than describing it, and it means we bring the right part the first time.
Useful to photograph:
- The whole door, window or piece of furniture, and then the broken part
- The hinge, handle, runner or lock, close up
- A tape measure against it if size matters
A voice note in Urdu works too, if that is easier than typing.
Questions about carpentry work
Can you make a new cupboard?
Made-to-order work is not a fixed-price job. We come and measure, then give you a written quote before anything is cut.
Do you bring the lock or should I buy it?
Either. If we buy it, you pay the market price and we show you the receipt.
Do we reach you?
We work in F-11, E-11 and G-13 today and we are opening in more sectors. If we cannot reach you yet, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
