These prices are fixed and agreed before the technician leaves for your house. Jobs marked "Inspection first" need to be seen before anyone can give you an honest number.

Materials are extra, charged at cost. We show you the receipt, and we add nothing on top.
What the price includes

What it does not include
- Switches, sockets, fans, wire and breakers — charged at cost with the receipt
- Full house rewiring, which we quote separately after a visit
- Breaking and repairing walls or plaster
- Anything on the WAPDA/IESCO side of the meter, which is theirs to fix
Five minutes before we arrive
None of this is required. It just means the job takes the time it should, which is usually the time we quoted.
- Know where the main breaker box is, and clear the way to it
- Move anything stacked in front of the sockets or switches we are coming for
- Have somebody at home who knows which switch controls what
- If the building has its own electrician who has to be present, tell us when you book
Booking electrical work
You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
If it is happening right now
Before anyone arrives, there are usually a couple of things worth doing. These take a minute to read.
If we find extra work, you get the price on WhatsApp first. Nothing extra is done without your yes — not by the technician, not by us.
Materials are charged at cost with the shop receipt shown to you. You pay when the job is finished, by cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. If the same problem comes back within 15 days we fix it free.
Not sure what it is called?
Send us a photograph or a short video instead. It is usually quicker than describing it, and it means we bring the right part the first time.
Useful to photograph:
- The switch, socket or fitting that is not working, close up
- The distribution board with its cover open, so we can see the breakers
- Anything burnt or discoloured, and the make and rating written on it
A voice note in Urdu works too, if that is easier than typing.
Questions about electrical work
My breaker keeps tripping. Is that dangerous?
A breaker that trips is doing its job, but it is telling you something is wrong — usually an overloaded circuit, damp in a wall, or a failing appliance. It is worth fixing properly rather than replacing the breaker with a bigger one, which is what makes a fire possible.
Can you buy the switches and fittings for me?
Yes. Tell us the quality you want, we buy from the local market, and you pay exactly what the receipt says. We do not add anything on top of the material price.
Do you do full house wiring?
For a new or fully rewired house we come and look first, then give you a written quote. That is not a fixed-price job, because it depends on the size of the house and the points you want.
Do we reach you?
We work in F-11, E-11 and G-13 today and we are opening in more sectors. If we cannot reach you yet, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
