Cameras fitted where they will actually see something, cabled tidily, and set up on your own phone before we leave. We charge for the fitting; the cameras and the recorder are bought at cost with the receipt shown.

These prices are fixed and agreed before the technician leaves for your house. Jobs marked "Inspection first" need to be seen before anyone can give you an honest number — the inspection is Rs 1,000, and we quote the repair before touching anything.

Materials are extra, charged at cost. We show you the receipt, and we add nothing on top.
What the price includes
- Fitting, cabling and making it tidy
- Showing you the picture on your own phone before we leave
- Telling you honestly what a camera will and will not see from there
What it does not include
- Cameras, recorders, hard drives and cable — bought at cost, receipt shown
- A monthly monitoring service. Nobody watches your cameras but you
- Anything needing a pole, a lift or scaffolding
Five minutes before we arrive
None of this is required. It just means the job takes the time it should, which is usually the time we quoted.
- Decide roughly where you want to see — the gate, the car, the back door
- Know where the recorder and the router can sit, near a power point
- Have your phone and its WiFi password to hand for the setting up
- If cameras are already fitted, tell us the make and send a photo of the recorder
Booking security cameras
You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
If we find extra work, you get the price on WhatsApp first. Nothing extra is done without your yes — not by the technician, not by us.
Materials are charged at cost with the shop receipt shown to you. You pay when the job is finished, by cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. If the same problem comes back within 15 days we fix it free.
Not sure what it is called?
Send us a photograph or a short video instead. It is usually quicker than describing it, and it means we bring the right part the first time.
Useful to photograph:
- The wall or corner where you want a camera, from where it would look
- Where the recorder would live, and the power point near it
- Any existing camera and the box it plugs into
- The run between them, if there is a long way for cable to go
A voice note in Urdu works too, if that is easier than typing.
Questions about security cameras
Do you watch the cameras for me?
No, and nobody should tell you they do for the price of a fitting. The cameras are yours, the recording is in your house, and the app is on your phone. We fit it and show you how it works.
Can you supply the cameras?
We can buy them for you and we show you the shop receipt with nothing added. Or buy your own and we will fit them — it makes no difference to what we charge.
Will it work when the electricity goes?
Only if the recorder and the router are on a UPS. Ask us before we fit it and we will tell you what that needs, rather than letting you find out during a load-shedding hour.
Do we reach you?
We work in F-11, E-11 and G-13 today and we are opening in more sectors. If we cannot reach you yet, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
