Work with Pechkas
If you are good at your trade and you turn up when you say you will, we want to send you work.
What we offer you
- Steady jobs. You are not waiting at a chowk hoping someone stops. We send you work in the sectors you already know.
- Payment the same day. Not at the end of the month, and not after three reminders.
- The price is already agreed. You do not have to argue about money at someone's front door. That conversation happens before you get there.
- Respect. A uniform, an ID card and a company behind you. Customers treat a Pechkas technician differently, and that is the point.
- We handle the customer. Bookings, complaints, follow-ups. You do the work you are good at.
We never charge you anything
No application fee, no registration fee, no deposit for a uniform, no "security" for tools, and nothing taken off your first job. Not at any stage, not for any reason.
If anybody ever asks you for money in the name of Pechkas, they are not us. Tell us on the number on this page and we will deal with it.
And be careful with your CNIC in general — not just with us. Nobody hiring you needs the number in a WhatsApp message or a photograph of the card before you have met them. We look at yours in person, once, when there is a job.
What we ask from you
- Your CNIC, shown to us in person, when we are actually taking you on. Every technician is checked, and the number itself is never kept on this website or asked for in a message.
- Two references we can actually call.
- A trial job, watched, so we both know the standard.
- Your own hand tools for your trade.
- Turning up at the time you agreed, in uniform, and telling us early if you cannot.
- Treating the customer's home as you would want a stranger to treat yours.
Where we need people
We are working in F-11, E-11 and G-13 now and opening in more sectors. If you live near one of them, you will spend less of your day travelling and more of it earning.

Questions from technicians
Do I need my own tools?
Yes, your own hand tools for your trade. Heavier machines for specific jobs are ours and we send them with you.
Do I have to work only for Pechkas?
No. Many of our technicians have their own customers too. We ask that when you accept a Pechkas job you turn up for it on time and do it properly.
What if a customer complains about my work?
We look at it with you, not at you. If it was a genuine mistake we fix it and move on — everyone makes them. If a technician is repeatedly careless or rude to customers, we stop sending him work, and we will tell him why to his face.
How do I get paid?
Same day. You do not wait until the end of the month, and you do not have to chase anyone for it.
