These prices are fixed and agreed before the technician leaves for your house. Jobs marked "Inspection first" need to be seen before anyone can give you an honest number — the inspection is Rs 1,000, and we quote the repair before touching anything.

Materials are extra, charged at cost. We show you the receipt, and we add nothing on top.
What the price includes
- Finding the fault and telling you the price before anything is done
- Saying plainly when a repair costs more than the machine is worth
- Your files left where they were, and shown to you before we go
What it does not include
- Parts — bought at cost with the receipt shown
- Recovering files from a disk that has already failed, which is a laboratory job
- Software licences you do not already own
Five minutes before we arrive
None of this is required. It just means the job takes the time it should, which is usually the time we quoted.
- Back up anything you cannot lose before we touch it, if the machine still starts
- Find the charger, and tell us if the battery no longer holds
- Write down exactly what it does, and what you were doing when it started
- Have the Windows or Microsoft password if you know it
Booking computers and laptops
You message us
Tell us what is wrong on WhatsApp, or call if that is easier. A photo of the fault or a voice note in Urdu helps us send the right person with the right tools.
We confirm the price and the time
We reply with the fixed price for the job and when we can come. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
A verified technician comes, and you pay after
He calls before arriving, comes in a Pechkas uniform with his ID card, does the job, and cleans up after himself. You pay once the work is done.
If we find extra work, you get the price on WhatsApp first. Nothing extra is done without your yes — not by the technician, not by us.
Materials are charged at cost with the shop receipt shown to you. You pay when the job is finished, by cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. If the same problem comes back within 15 days we fix it free.
Not sure what it is called?
Send us a photograph or a short video instead. It is usually quicker than describing it, and it means we bring the right part the first time.
Useful to photograph:
- The whole machine, open, with the screen on if it comes on
- Any error message, photographed from far enough back to read it all
- The sticker with the model number, usually underneath
- Anything physically broken — a hinge, a port, a cracked screen
A voice note in Urdu works too, if that is easier than typing.
Questions about computers and laptops
Will I lose my photos?
Not if we can help it, and we tell you before we start if there is any risk at all. Back up anything you truly cannot lose first — that is good advice whoever is working on it.
Is it worth repairing, or should I buy a new one?
Sometimes it is not, and we would rather say so than take money for a repair that buys you four months. We tell you what it needs, what that costs, and let you decide.
Do you take the machine away?
Only if it needs a part we have to fetch, and only with your yes. Most of it is done in front of you at home.
Do we reach you?
We work in F-11, E-11 and G-13 today and we are opening in more sectors. If we cannot reach you yet, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
