We work inside the city sectors — F-11, E-11 and G-13 — and the schemes out along the Expressway are their own world: their own roads, their own gates, and their own rules about who is let in. Serving one properly means arranging that access, not just turning up and hoping. We have not done that yet for Korang Town.

Do you work in Korang Town?
Not yet. We work in F-11, E-11 and G-13 today and we are opening in DHA, Bahria Town, F-10 and G-11 next. We would rather say no than send somebody who does not know the roads and arrives two hours late.
Is a housing scheme harder for you than a sector?
A little, and it is worth knowing why. A technician has to be cleared at the gate, and some schemes want that arranged in advance by the resident. None of it is difficult — it just has to be set up before we promise anybody a time, which is why Korang Town is not on the list yet.
Why not just take my booking anyway?
Because a time we cannot keep is worse than no time at all. Everything on this site is built on turning up when we said we would, and the fastest way to stop doing that is to take work in a sector we cannot reach properly.
Will the prices be the same when you get to Korang Town?
