Before the first rain
The monsoon finds every blocked drain and every cracked seal in one afternoon. An hour of checking beforehand is cheaper than a ceiling.
Every day, 7am to 10pm
This is not the season for it right now. The advice below still holds, and we will still come out — but if it is not urgent, the best time for this job is June to July.
Why now rather than later
- A roof drain that is blocked with a winter of dust will back up in the first heavy hour.
- Water finds the smallest gap around a pipe or a window and goes into the wall, where it does not show until the paint lifts weeks later.
- Open water tanks take in everything the rain washes off the roof, which is the thing that actually makes people ill.

Materials are charged at cost with the shop receipt shown to you. You pay when the job is finished, by cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. If the same problem comes back within 15 days we fix it free.
Not sure what it is called?
Send us a photograph or a short video instead. It is usually quicker than describing it, and it means we bring the right part the first time.
Useful to photograph:
- Where the water is coming from, and where it is going
- The tap, mixer or valve itself, close enough to read any brand name
- The pipe under the sink or behind the toilet, with the shut-off visible
A voice note in Urdu works too, if that is easier than typing.
